UCHI Miami is a high end luxury dining venue in the heart of the Wynwood District elevating the design standards for a Japanese foodie spot.

With interior designer, HSU of Austin Texas, this space transforms a mundane commercial space into a dream-like dining experience which engages the visual senses as much as the taste and smell expected in a fine dining experience.

This very successful brand in the Austin TX market by HAI Hospitality, wanted to make a strong visual statement within the eclectic Wynwood neighborhood.  The project started with a new facade of delicate lattice work and landscaping which brings a elegant and intricate element to the gritty urban street.  The main entry beckons the visitor with mystery and expectation of what might lye within.  The dining room and bars are detailed in warm burnt walnut finishes, steel, rope, and custom brick creating a strong sense serenity and calm found in great Japanese architecture.

Of course, like most restaurants, the mechanical components of the space where controlled and designed to allow the architecture to truly read through.

Opened in early 2021, the location is quickly becoming a local hot spot.
