FORMGROUP provided architectural services for the build-out of United Community Bank’s South Miami branch, creating a functional banking environment within an existing commercial space.

The project focused on developing an efficient interior layout that supports the day-to-day operations of the branch while creating a clear and welcoming experience for customers. The design required coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to integrate the bank’s operational requirements within the existing building conditions.

Located along Sunset Drive in the heart of South Miami, the completed branch serves the surrounding community with a modern space for in-person banking services, including ATM and ITM access.

Throughout the project, FORMGROUP worked closely with the consultant team to coordinate the architectural plans and technical requirements through the build-out and completion of the space.
