Brasserie Lauren is a contemporary French brasserie located in the vibrant Miami Worldcenter development. This project was led by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Beltran and designed in collaboration with FORMGROUP. They contributed architectural and technical expertise to bring the space to life, integrating high-end detailing with a layout that balances elegance and functionality. From kitchen planning to custom millwork coordination, FORMGROUP’s involvement ensured the restaurant not only looks beautiful but operates seamlessly. The result is a dining destination where culinary creativity meets architectural precision, rooted in the energy of Downtown Miami.
