FLAGLER ENCLAVE is an 8-story development made of up two separate buildings along the busy Flagler St corridor.  The project includes a total of 225 rental units and is intended to serve the workforce housing needs of the local community.  

With a extensive pool deck above the parking garage, the development will offer the finest amenities while keeping rents affordable within the local market.  The two buildings are separated by a large opening giving each building its autonomy while design elements and exterior graphics link the project visually.  Extensive detailing along the ground level will add to the pedestrian experience in the area.  Amenities and lobby functions at ground level will activate the storefronts and exposing the vitality of the community within.
