This 363 unit Luxury Rental Project overlooking the Oleta River in North Miami Beach is the second project on the site by The Estates Companies.  It's sister building, NOMI Beach, is completed and expects occupancy in August, 2023.

 

Soleste on the Bay features beautiful views over the Oleta River to the South and across Biscayne Bay.  The Estates Companies chose to work with FORMGROUP on this project after successfully completing the first tower on this site and for it 's innovative approach to this difficult site.

The project is located directly along Biscayne Boulevard at the Maul Lake entrance to the Oleta River and has stunning views of the Intercoastal.  The program included 363 luxury apartment units, extensive amenities, and ground level commercial space all within a compact structure including an eight level parking garage.  The complex program was resolved with a t-shaped 30 story tower which takes advantage of the multiple views around the property including a prominent roof terrace facing the intercoastal.

 

Applauded by the City Commission, the project is the second by FORMGROUP in the new Mixed-Use Commercial corridor which encourages high density development along Biscayne Boulevard.

Scheduled to break ground in September of 2023, the project will be an exciting addition to the city's skyline.
