This 7,500sf custom home, completed in 2019, is an example of how FORMGROUP marries an owners desires with high level design and elegant modernism.  Inspired by the owners interest in Polynesian Island architecture and the owners avid swimming routine, this house takes clues from the traditional island vernacular and wraps it around a 75' long pool court.  High roof lines with extended overhangs conceal modern spaces within.
