One of our most challenging projects to date, the scope of this project includes the complete renovation and transformation of an existing 36-story apartment/hotel into a world class destination property.

With an extensive program which includes the relocation of the existing swimming pool to the roof-top, the extension and construction of a new 500 person convention space, a new spa with indoor pool, new restaurants, all new exterior facade treatments, and extensive public amenities, this project will offer a new level of quality and modern elegance in the Miami market.

As the Architect of record on the project, we lead an international design team headed by the hotel design firm of Barcelo Balanzo Arquitectes from Madrid.

Currently under construction, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
